Additional Sessions Required?

Any additional sessions required for preparation, decoration or clearing must be included when you book.

Full Wedding Hire Summary:

Wedding hire costs £650, including from late afternoon the previous day to late afternoon of the day following the day of the event.

Booking Arrangements & Deposit:

Your booking will be confirmed only on payment of a deposit (one third of hire charge) or the full price, with any balance payable no later than three weeks before the event.

A refundable damage deposit is required for all hirings. The Management Committee reserves the right to ask for an additional deposit for certain functions, and to refuse use of the Hall at their discretion.

Cancellation charges:

Holding deposits are refunded if 4 or more weeks’ notice is given, but are otherwise forfeited.
